JIANXIN Casting, established in 1985, specializes in producing wear-resistant castings with an annual output of 20,000 tons. As the pointed liner supplier for Heidelberg Materials in China, we offer large-scale steel casting capabilities and have forged strong partnerships with industry leaders worldwide.
Jianxin Casting was founded in 1985, is a professional manufacturer of wear-resistant products. We can develop&produce different material of alloy cast steel liners, ultra-high manganese steel crusher hammer, chromium alloy casting grinding medium such as balls and cylpebs, and other various wear-resistant spare parts.
Jianxin's existing fixed assets is 100 million（Chinese yuan), covers an area of 139600 square meters, the annual output of 20,000 tons. We have 4 modern workshops, more than 50 sets of equipment and around 12 senior engineers who have been awarded for engineering and technical personnel with intermediate titles or above.
Jianxin was certified the ISO9002 quality management system since 1998, has won the method of quality certificate issued by the National Building Materials Bureau and awarded for "China Brand" Jianxin is one of the members of drafting the standard of "JC/T533-2004 "Chromium Alloy casting grinding ball for Building Materials Industry". We have strong technical force, advanced production equipment, complete testing system, product quality index is equal or better than the national standard over the passed years. JIANXIN has been repeatedly awarded the trustworthy enterprise in quality and technology by the government of Hebei Province, and has been rated as AAA credit enterprise by the bank for many years.
The products of Jianxin are widely used in cement plant, metallurgy, mining, electric power and so on.
